Well, first I have to say that I think all the tracks are great. There's not one that I don't like.
My favourite would be the Frost Moon though. The whole pace of the music, the happy tunes, the guitars... It really sets the mood for some ludicrous damage dealing.

Snow (surface) and Plantera would be my runners up.

Some of my favorites are Eerie, Hell, Snow, Ice, Rain, Ocean, Boss 3, and Moon Lord.
In general, songs associated with lava, ice, water, and intimidating bosses.

Eerie's definitely my top favorite. It gives a sense of danger, without giving a sense of urgency. It's tense, but also pretty calm.
Also, it was the song that originally played in Hell before 1.3, and that's what I still associate it with.
