PC What Was the Most Annoying Boss You Ever Tried to Kill?

We've all had to fight bosses, but there are some bosses that seem impossible at first, and they can just be a pain to kill, or they just spawn too often, and annoy the out of you.
The most annoying boss that I had to kill was the destroyer. I don't know why, but I just couldn't ever kill him until I was lucky enough to bring him down to zero.
I had to fight the twins before I could easily farm him with the magical harp.

So what was the most annoying boss to fight for you guys?

Skeletron Prime in 1.1 was hell. In the current update, probably the Destroyer pre-Planterra.
