Resolved when I boot up my terraria mobile server, it automatically closes after 2 seconds? any fix?

hi, I am on Windows 10 and when I downloaded the zip from the official terraria mobile server website and extracted it and then clicked the application it just opens for 2 seconds then closes. any fix?
