make the celebration mk10 + Drunk Combo a version of the world where the crimson/corruption is replaced with the hallow, with nerfed stats to the enemies and gear, and when you enter hardmode, both world evils spawn. It really fits, due to the celebration seed being all sunshine and rainbows, and the drunk seed making the world slightly off, I hope this is either an idea that gets added, OR maybe an idea that was already thought of!
