Switch Where’s the radial hotbar on console!?

To clarify, what I mean is in the 1.3 era on Switch, there was an option to press and hold a button (B in my case) to pull up a circle that allowed me to swap to any item in the hotbar with the flick of a stick. I used to use the radial hotbar ALL the time to compensate for the lack of instant switching I can do on PC with my mouse thanks to the number pad on it. Unfortunately, I can’t find that option anymore. I’ve looked thoroughly across the settings, but with no luck. It really is bothering me as I can’t get adjusted at all to that. I now use button combos, but it’s nowhere NEAR as seamless as the radial hotbar. I’ve included a picture of the hotbar from Google to show exactly what I’m referring to.

EDIT:
I’ve discovered it on the latest PC version (1.4.3.6), so I don’t know if it indeed is still available on console or not.

Oh that’s annoying. I hope they add it back in. It’s an option on PC, so possibly. I’ll just play on PC at home and 3DS on the go. It’s too clunky without the radial hotbar on a controller for me, personally.
