I'd imagine we never will - ReLogic have said it wasn't good enough to share and as it's not being worked on anymore, that's unlikely to change.

well until 2087 or something like that when copyright expires then it will be public domain.
so technically yes but not within most of are lifetimes. by that point we might also have terraria 1.12

Since Otherworld was never released (or finished), I doubt that copyright law applies to it.

I don't think Re-Logic even owns all the assets that were created for the game (Engine and other parties were involved), so that complicates ownership issues significantly.

Y'all just need to let it go, as Re-Logic et al. have done.
