Plantera because of how fun it was to cheese with teleporters and megashark.

EDIT: Found out that this is based on design. Gonna have to go with empress of light and Golem.

WoF because chase boss fight.

Eater of Worlds because of splitting when kill a segment. It can turn into chaotic almost guarantee death if you're not careful... or if you just want to rely on firing randomly and picking up hearts of slain segments to stay alive. Either works. Also, when it's just one or two segments burrowing through the ground, you need to look at the minimap and prepare to fire where it will emerge. Something about that is just satisfying.

Going off design, I'd prolly say Ewersgream.
Dunno why but I've always really liked it's design.

I'm a little confused, is this based on their appearance or how their fight is designed?

Regardless, appearance-wise I think the Empress of Light is very beautiful. Although I will also give honorable mentions to the Lunatic Cultist and Wall of Flesh

For the actual fight I would say Duke Fishron, his attack pattern is very simple and easy to learn, but still fairly challenging without being a bullet hell. I really like it

After thinking about it for a bit, I'll assume it's based on how their fight is designed for the poll
