Which mod spawned boss and killed me?

First night after world spawn & player creation, near/inside home.
Suddenly Queen Bee spawned and killed me.
Is there any known mod that does so?

Edit:
1. I do not have Overhaul mod
2. Checked in TEdit that all bee hives still contains Larva tiles.

Don't you have Overhaul mod?
I know that in summer there is chance that Queen bee will spawn and attack you.
I don't know what other mods have that besides Overhaul though...

Took a quick look in TEdit, all Bee Hives still have Larva tiles. I'm deeply confused.
