Just wondering, why is this console only? And, just a few spelling fixes for you:

This needs a lot more detail then just the crafting recipe and one small description.
Also, why would you use diamonds for knock back?
There are better things to do with diamonds then this.

So this whip, that is supposed to focus mainly on knockback , does a high amount of damage for its tier.
Not quiet sure that is what you wanted.

30 damage for something ore tiered? OP as hell.

Lower the damage b atleast 50%
