Information: A mysterious ragged figure that speaks in a low raspy voice. Who knows what's under those garments.

A reformed cultist that takes use of his connection to the Old Gods, using Eldritch Power to help defend Terraria against the many foes that seek to destroy it. However, whenever he runs out Eldritch Power, he can still use his magic at the cost of his own life force.

Role: DPS/Healer

-Blood Priest-
A user of a tainted form of life magic that subjugates his foes to hideous forms of both physical and mental torment. Mana is simply not enough to sate his powerful magic's hunger. It must have blood.

~SANITY~

The world is infested with unknowable things, and some of them have decided to emerge from their earthen prisons, spreading chaos and insanity. No one is safe, not even the heroic Terrarian you control. Certain events may cause sanity to either drop faster, restore a small bit of it, or even reveal things that weren't there before. And if something is truly horrific, the fiend will afflict the player with Madness, making them lose sanity at a rapid pace and causing other unsavory things.
Things that can induce sanity loss: Bosses, low health, being underground, night time, dark places, blood moons, Happy buff, Eldritch Incursions, being healed by a Cultist, Madness debuff, solar eclipses, and the Abyssal Scribe's prophecies.
Things that can restore sanity: Being near town NPCs, full health, dryad's blessing, armor sets, daytime, being above ground, aftermath of an Eldritch Incursion, and drinking buff potions.
Effects of sanity:
80% - Begin hearing unintelligible whispers
60% - Screen gets slightly darker
40% - Whispers get louder and particles appear
20% - Whispers get even louder, screen gets even darker, faint outlines of monsters appear
0% - Find out for yourself.
