White Main Menu serves as a tool for people to give concepts to tModLoader's main menu. This way, with the transparent UI, you can easily edit screenshots because there isn't some colorful background that obstructs your bucket fill or drag tools. The white background can instantly be turned off at any time via the mod's config. This mod does not affect gameplay and switches the backgrounds when going in-game.
