It's "Aurora Harmony"
Vista and 7 together.
I used it for a little so it matches my vi7ta style.
But changed to

from Win10 wallpack
But my screen is only 1356x768
(there are dead rows of pixels at the sides so it makes 1356 instead of 1360)
