Why does my supreme deathbringer fairy not work? (Fargo's soul mod)

I'm in a multiplayer world with a friend, and I made a supreme deathbringer fairy, but it doesn't work. My friend made one too, and theirs works, but mine doesn't. Does anyone have any idea or solution? (yes we are in eternity mode, but they hosted the world)

There's a menu that you can open if you bind the input to a key. It allows you to toggle each individual effect of every accessory from Fargo's Souls Mod. Have you tried using that menu yet? It might be turned off.
