Probably due to its unusual shape and irregularly sloped blocks.

It might also be related to lack of standing space for NPCs, but I'll admit, I'm not an expert on NPC housing.

At the very least, it doesn't count as enclosed. The outer wall blocks need to meet at 90 degree angles. Try placing a brick just below and to the left of the chair.

It's WAY too big. I read somewhere ( don't remember where ) but npcs don't move in to places that huge. I think the limit is something like 400-500 blocks of space. Not so sure about the numbers
