Mobile Why isn’t my ocean farm working? No monsters come

I followed a video tutorial, I was wondering why this isn’t working like it should. I think it’s because I am on iPhone but I am unsure.

mister should come swimming instantly but none come please help.

Enemies will only see you if you're underwater, and I think the body of water you're standing in is rather too small.

1.4 changed it to where water enemies need line of sight to the player in order to start chasing, rather than the player just being in water. Farms like these don’t work anymore.
