PC Why there isn't tools for converting images to blocks?

Hi @Moon Man (Moon Lord JR.), I'm not 100% sure what you are asking, but it sounds like it's a question in connection with creating pixel art in the game using blocks, so I moved this thread into the PC General Talk section of the forums. If it has to do with something else, let me know and it can be moved to the proper spot.
