Will I be involved in legal trouble for this?

Hello There its my first time here, i have a small question a bit strong in a sense ...
Will I be involved in legal trouble for using a model that is of terraria, but converted to 3D (made by me), and then i use it for a game?
No, i didn't used any asset made by the developers the entire model were made by me, the only thing that i did, its taking the king slime idea, and then make a 3D model of it:

Basically what i mean its if i will be involved in legal trouble for using that model in a game...
