Biomes & Nature Will the underground ocean biome come back some day?

Seem like terraria has scrapped the idea of a final update.

I would really be interested in an underground ocean biome in the future. It slightly exists with the ocean having a cave background wall and stuff.

It would add more use to things like flippers, and just be cool.

Maybe with like an underwater boss, add in some more calamity like things where you can breath underwater more. I also would like the idea of a new ore down here, maybe that could be mined with the demonite or crimtane picaxe as an alternative to hellstone. I dont know if the picaxe from this new ore should be ably to mine cobbalt and palladium. Also new enemies and really whimsical new underwater music.

Yeah we need one maybe the tunnel was a expansion or entrance to the underground ocean

The only reason they never added one was time constraints. They need to add an update dedicated to it, like with the underground desert update.
