Working as Designed windowed mode doesn't work and other bugs

I hope i get my grammar right as english it's not my first language, but anyway:
1) I can't play in windowed mode, not because the game crashes or anything, but it's always full screen even if it says "go fullscreen", i have a huion that i use as a main screen but it seems to always go fullscreen even if i disconnect it.

2) since i have two screens i can extend the range of the zenith outside the screen, i can't record it sadly, but in this photo you can crearly see that the swords are going outside the window

3) i don't know if it's really a bug,but it really bothers me that if you put a set of wings in a vanity slot they override any cape, i wanted to make so that it looks like my wings and my cape are the same thing, but this doesn't really work using any of the lunar sets, the best one is the bat wings but if i put them in the vanity slot they cover the cape even when i'm not using them as you can see here:

4) it would seem like the powerglove enables autoswing for summoner whips too despite them not being melee weapons.

1. Try setting your resolution settings in the main menu to "Borderless Windowed Disabled"

You are turning fullscreen on and off but its still in borderless window mode.

2. There are a number of items that can do this.

3. Wings and Capes both occupy the back slot of the player. There can only be one item shown in that slot at a time.

I am on PC version 1.4.0.4 and I can't find the windowed toggle option. I have tried all other resolutions, but I cannot move the window from the center of the screen.
