Resolved Windowed Mode Doesn't Work Anymore

Ive been playing a lot of 1.2.4 before the 1.3 update but whenever I played 1.2 I preffered windowed mode since I went at an average of 20fps vs 10-15fps (60 fps in title screen vs 50) and in boss fights I lag out when in full screen. 1.3 fullscreen mode performed a tiny bit better with boss fights but whenever I switch to windowed mode I would drop to like 1-5 fps and in the title it would be around 10 fps, not sure what is causing the problem but here is my computer information.

Windows 7 Ultimate
Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU N455 @1.66GHz 1.67 GHz
RAM1024mb
32-bit

Yes its a very low end system mostly due to ram but if I could fix the windowed mode problem, around 18 fps doesnt sound so bad as lag spiking around 8 fps
 
The game runs great on windowed mode if im not clicked to the window which just may be my computer acting loopy due to having low ram
 
Well this thread is completely irrelevent now that my laptop broke months ago. Lock if found by any mods/admins
