FPS CAP in 60 with windows 10, before i have windows 7 and dont have this problem.

what I've done:

• Frame Skip OFF
• In Nvidia Painel turn Vsync ON
• In Nvidia Painel turn Triple buff ON

My notebook config:
i5 3210M
Nvidia GT 650M
8GB RAM

dxdiag.txt uploaded.

what i need do to remove FPS CAP?

This may have been a Windows 10 issue, and may be fixed now (or very soon):

Check with Windows Update to see if you have anything pending.

(Disclaimer: I'm not running Win10 atm and cannot confirm that this is the reason for your issue, I just happened to see this news.)
