With Sony recently lightening up on cross-platform policies, could Terraria go cross plat between PS4, XB1, PC, and Switch?

If not, is there anything huge stopping this?

I think PC and mobile are going to be the first ones to do cross platform (as downloading an old version of PC actually makes it possible.) There isn't any significant reason for them not to have cross-platform in the future, but it will take quite a while for terraria to be ready for that.
