Staff of the frost hydra doesn't get impacted by the minion count.

Ah, that was what I was forgetting . but still, I would rather have them drop Wolf Skin instead to make the armour (Also makes a staff easier to fit in)

UPDATED : Armor pieces will now decrease the damage instead. Also decrease is slightly lowered.

Now that it has changed abit, it seems more balanced. Also, if this was added, I might use it until spooky armour (Which is end-game summoner stuff.)

I see it as a counter to the spider armor.

Seeing as how bleeding in the current state doesn't impact enemies I say nay. Frostburn because arctic wolves I guess.
