Xbox One World Feeders not adding to kill count

Whenever I kill a World Feeder (including at the head), it just says “Kill count unavailabile”. I've been farming them to get the banner, and I’ve killed about 65 at the head, yet I can’t get the banner.

Perhaps this enemy doesn't have a banner, therefore it doesn't need a kill count.

This was a bug in the PC version as well and affected all wormlike enemies. I think it was fixed in 1.3.1, though I'm not certain (can't remember).
Hopefully it will be fixed sooner rather than later. It might help reporting this bug through their form:
