Xbox 360 Worlds have disappeared after latest update installed this evening

Hi,

I use a memory stick to store my xbox 360 profile so when loading Terraria my worlds/characters are saved on the memory stick. I installed the latest update this evening and now when I load terraria all of my worlds have disappeared. I have spent 2 hours on live chat with microsoft this evening trying to rectify this - in the end they have said the files appear to be corrupt and I should contact the game developer. If I navigate to storage and my memory stick the worlds appear to be there but when playing the game itself it is not picking them up. Can someone help me please?

Are you still able to choose your memory stick as your storage device when initiating the game? Pressing 'x' from the main menu should open storage selection.

Yes I can select memory stick as chosen storage but the worlds are not available in the menu.
