Xbox Series S/X Worlds Keep Deleting On Xbox

VERY HUGE ISSUE i physically cannot play the game because every time i close the game all my worlds are gone, characters are fine but not the worlds PLEASE FIX ASAP

Oh my God, they haven’t fixed it at all this week it seems. I hope they get on top of this because no one can play the game at all. I am very active within this topic because it needs to be known and it needs to be fixed. I thought it would be fixed within the week, but it seems not and I’m bored and want to play terraria. I don’t mean any disrespect, but I am kind of frustrated with this issue at this point. Most developers would be on top of an issue like this and fix it within the week but it seems that’s not what’s happening. Please fix this.

I completely understand i was getting back into terraria and this is the only game i want to play right now and i cant its so frustrating

I cry. My worlds are gone now too, Xbox Series S. I just created the foundation for a large project too... Making a castle, a big one. My main world keeps showing back up... err, kinda. Deleted my alt character and only my main world is around. Returning player who has yet to enter hard mode yet, but I wouldn't say I've done a small amount of work either.
This image was the start of it. Built this test model in my main and reconstructed it as the spawn point in a wonderful seed with a lake backdrop at spawn, and these same round, classic trees in the area. Getting those trees was a pain.

I’m having the same issue here. I have an Xbox series X and have more than enough storage on my console. I bought the digital version of the game recently, it is updated to 1.4, and I started playing.
I have two worlds and one character. The first day I played on the world and when I got off I exited and saved. The next day I went to get back on and my character was there but both worlds are gone and it asks me to create a new world.
I restarted my console, opened the game again, and then the worlds were back. However, after getting off the worlds were gone again. This time restarting the console did not fix the bug.
I waited a few days before attempting to play the game again and my worlds were back with all progress saved. After playing, saving and exiting, and getting off my worlds are gone again!?

I found a solution for this problem, but I don’t like it either. If you turn off your console’s Internet and play terraria off-line without any Internet connection whatsoever. as long as you close the game before, and after disconnecting from the internet, all of your content will come back and not delete until you connect to Wi-Fi again

This is a solution, my worlds are back! But hopefully the issue between the game and cloud save is fixed because it’s a little inconvenient.

It’s an unfortunate issue, but something we have to deal with until the developers fix it. Hopefully that helped people out who just wanna play the game but those who want to play with friends are out of luck.

The easiest solution I've found to this is instead of deleting and redownloading the game, delete your saved data. When you re-open the game, your data syncs back up, and your worlds return. Beware, however, it does seem to put you back a day or so sometimes
