**REPORTED** Wormhole potions not working

When playing multiplayer, wormhole potions don’t work. However, it does work from time to time but there’s no way of knowing when it will work.
 
When you try to use your wormhole potion, are you on the same team as your friends? For example, you and the friend you wish to teleport to must be on the blue team, it won't let you teleport if you're not on the same team.
 
What is the refresh rate on your monitor?

I think I know what is causing this, but I'm not 100% sure.
