How is it overpowered? 1 every 10 seconds is slow, and you have to keep it on them. + I never said it worked outside of pvp.

What's the point of it? If it does it outside of PvP, it's unfair, and if it does it within PvP only, it's pointless.

In case anyone wonders, you can craft X-Ray Spex yourself using a feather. Google will reveal the astounding secret, and you don't even have to send in $1.29 and six boxtops. (And no, they don't use real X-rays. Just a clever optical gimmick that's been manufactured and sold for more than a century.)

Here's an Idea. Make it give a debuff to the people you use it one: Radiation: You are burning from the inside- loose 6 health every minute, x2 per extra minute. X-Rays can be pretty bad for you under long periods of exposure.

Lead to skin contact is a set amount of bad, radiation varies. Radiation can melt your skin off in a fraction of a millisecond, I don't recall lead ever doing that.
