I just killed the eater of worlds and I wonder if the Tavernkeep is in this game?

Currently the Console versions have the same level of content that the 1.3.0.7 version for the PC did.
It is not possible to get the Tavernkeep at this time in the Xbox One version of the game. When the game eventually catches up to the 1.3.4 version and beyond, at that point, it will be possible to get the Tavernkeep.
