Xbox One Xbox world/character downloading from 360

So I have worlds and characters I use on the 360 and I uploaded them. When I went on my xbox one there was no option to download my worlds or characters. I was wondering if this was a bug or something because I have my first ever world on the 360 and would hate to not be able to play it on the xbox one

@Loki same issue here. Any resolve? Mine’s 6+ years worth of gameplay.

I’m not Loki, but old cloud saves from before Xbox One are not compatible anymore.
