The OP basically wants a Terraformer ammunition/solution that makes the Terraformer act kinda like the Grand Design in that right-clicking brings up a menu letting you choose your biome type and/or have a block filter. I'm not quite sure of their intent with the phrase:

...as it's slightly ambiguous. That part should probably be clarified.
