Well, The Valor already takes up the Burnside's niche. But everything else seems fine I guess.

The Burnside is meant to be a counterpart to Valor. Buy using Burnside you lose a bit of range and fly time, but gain a slight damage boost and the flame halo
 
The only things i would change is the damage of seven summits and the way cafe racer is obtained. Support.
