NPCs & Enemies Zaplings and Shocklings: a new rainy day enemy

I decided to make some electrical enemies, as rainy days are kinda lacking.

The Shockling:

Appearance:
The shockling is very simply, a stereotypical lightning bolt design with an angry face
Stats:
Damage: 20/30/35
Max life: 42/47/55
Defense: 3/5/5
KB resist: 0%
Immune to: On Fire!, Electrified, Confused, hellfire, Zapped!
Inflicts debuff: Zapped! (Post coming soon)
Coins: 12 silver
Drops: Energy drink (Post coming soon, 1%), Lightning kite (Kite shaped like a bolt, %2), The Zap staff (Post coming soon, 5%)
Behaviors:
The shockling will hover above the play and shoot a lightning projectile down, similar to how the nimbus enemy works
Spawn conditions: Rainy day after any boss is defeated

The Zapling:

Appearance:
The Zapling is very simply a stereotypical lightning bolt design with an angry face, they also have two stubby hands
Stats:
Damage: 50/100/120 (Melee), 55/110/135 (Lightning)
Max life: 84/90/105
Defense: 3/5/5
KB resist: 0%
Immune to: On Fire!, Electrified, Confused, hellfire, Zapped!
Inflicts debuff: Zapped! (Post coming soon)
Coins: 30 silver
Drops: Energy drink (Post coming soon, 2%), Lightning kite (Kite shaped like a bolt, %3), The Zap staff (Post coming soon, 5%)
Behaviors:
The zapling will hover above the play and shoot a lightning projectile down, similar to how the nimbus enemy works, after 2-3 zaps, they swoop in and swing at the player
Spawn conditions: Rainy day after any boss is defeated in hardmode

why do both pre hm & hm versions drop the same weapon? other than that good idea
