Sounds like Windows is being silly and is using your Intel cpu's integrated graphics to run the game, a laptop with that spec should be able to max out this game like its nothing.

Kinda of a noob a this, I keep getting this error (probably something silly I forget): DarkforcePack.cs(9,14) : error CS0534: 'DarkforcePack.DarkforcePack' does not implement inherited abstract member 'Terraria.ModLoader.Mod.Load()'

Having the same problem as well. I found by pressing the full map button in the inventory/crafting menu and closing the full map, the inventory/crafting menu becomes closable again.
