I have those all the time. It's probably a lymph. Mine are so big that they look like hanging earrings of flesh. That's most likely the result of your lymphatic system fighting against any possible infection or allergenic reaction.
I have the opposite, so infections and allergies are common for me. That's why I got used to them and they don't bother me anymore. It's likely, however, that since your immune system is strong, the production of lymphocytes is high, and that can cause a lymph even without an infection or an allergy taking place. I'd check a doctor if I were you, especially if that's an unusual occurrence.
Well, since it's probably a lymph, ear cancer would be the least of my worries. Leukemia. That's the cancer that happens on the Lymphatic system. I'd check the doctor out, since that's one fierce kind of cancer.
