To clear things up, Im not trying to bash anyone, its just not right how little progress some people make over the years.
If youre having trouble evolving as an artist, pixel or not - Experiment at every chance you get.
Thats what got me all this way.

Well, i can safely say that you are excellent at animating. Its always been something i couldnt get behind.
