So you can ask for name changes or if you have a guilty conscience.

Edit: Not name changes, Aurora's got it. There's a separate tab for name changing.

The Report function has several other uses aside from just reporting rule breaking behavior. As an example you could report yourself from your profile to request a change to your birthday if it were incorrect/wanted to change it. Only Admins can change Birthdays however.

It just makes no sense why anybody would want to report themselves. It's weird.
