I hope not. The reason why it's like that is so that in PVP, those who are naturally adapted to playing invisibly will rise to the top in PVP. It separates those with skill from those who do not.

I'd suggest having a little eye over your character that closes based upon the level of "invisibility" if you were to get such a feature. That way, you can still keep track of the buff while standing still.
