Game Mechanics make the scythe able to harvest thorns

i've always wanted to be able to use jungle thorns in my builds and it kind of makes sense, it would also add another building functionality besides hay

I really love this concept, especially if the FTW Plantera thorns could also be harvested (or crafted from jungle thorns for non-FTW Worlds)
