NPCs & Enemies Mine Cart Zombie

Hello Terraria Developers,
I had an idea for a new enemy the Mine Cart Zombie.
• May spawn if player is within 5 tiles of a mine cart track.
• Drops a mine cart when killed.
• Has a very rare variety which drops a gem cart and is shown riding it.
• Cannot move if derailed from the track.
(Makes Gems Carts more well known to the players and would be kind of a funny enemy overall).

I dont think this would go well with the game zombie are supposed to be dumb mindless things not things that crawl into minecarts and murder

maybe the zombie would be headfirst in the minecart signifying it was a complete accident
