Xbox One Weird Controller Issue

My controller decides to just... keep going? after I input something. Like, I'll be scrolling through my inventory, and I stop using the Joycon/d-pad, and the game just keeps going after I stop. This only happens on terraria, I tried it with minecraft, and it works perfectly fine there. Can someone tell me what to do please?

Edit: It was Nav. Repeat Delay/Rate, Nevermind
