After shimmering a yoyo bag which I had previously crafted with a black counterweight it returned with a yellow counterweight.

I think that might be intentional... they'd probably have to design a unique kind of Yoyo Bag for each counterweight if it were to shimmer back into a specific kind of yoyo.

This is intentional, a Yoyo Bag doesn't "remember" what counterweight it was crafted with, so it always returns the yellow one when it is decrafted.
