Other Allow the Rubblemaker to place Water Bolt in tile form

If the Rubblemaker can the place the Enchanted Sword in tile form, then why can't it do that with the Water Bolt, which also has a tile form? This would be great for people making custom dungeons, or those who wanna make big libraries and stuff.
I've also made a screenshot of this, where I have both the WB and the RM in inventory. This seems like a really obvious thing to add, to be honest.

No downside to adding it, and only a benefit for builders, so, same. It's weird how this isn't already in the game, considering both the rubblemaker and having things like placeable life crystals
