Texture Pack can someone hand out a list of all sprite changes for swords in latest patch?

1.4.4.9 changes about 90 or so sprites, swords and pickaxes, and a lot of them have different canvas sizes from before. this means the new patch breaks old texture packs. i cant yet find the list of these updated sprites anywhere... where can i find it?
