Weapons & Equip Double flail!

The goblins need something new and exciting, so the Goblin tinker tinkered this cool item:

Double Flail
- 14 DMG (per ball)
- Knockback = 3
- Max stack = 1
- Velocity = 15
- Rarity? ORANGE!
- Use time = 29
- Obtaining = Sold by the Goblin tinker (7 gold buy, 1 gold 50 silver sell)
- How it works? When you use the goddamn thing it shoots TWO goddamn balls. (not gun shoot, more like FLAIL shoot)

Another good one would be an alternate Doa of Pow, where one flail is white and one is black, and they repel each other (so they aren't always in the same place)

I would suggest it be rechristened to "Double Fail". The opportunity is just too good to miss, really.

Other than that, this sounds like an OK weapon.
