Game with the best multiplayer?

The title is self-explanatory. What game(s) do you think have the best multiplayer?

In my opinion, I think GTA V (PS4 and XBone edition) has a good multiplayer. There are MANY activities for you to do with your friends; yachts, robbing sprees, races, deathmatches (30 players!), and many exclusive vehicles to cause chaos. Additionally, modders are very hard to find.

What do you guys think?
 
L4D2 (Atleast in my case) and Terraria...

L4D2 - Where teamwork is ENCOURAGED to win. Modders are common, but mods have usually local effect.
Terraria - selfexplainatory.
 
I've yet to find a way to play online in terraria... but my all time fav online experience has got to be need for speed shift and need for speed shift 2
