I thought it might be too expensive as well, but searching the wiki it seems the UoaS actually has a lower drop rate than the BA (1% and 2.5% respectively).

Yet, I kinda like the idea of keeping it an accessory anyway, because then it can be worn continuously even as a vanity item.
