-An orb that fires bolts of lightning(orb is summoned at the location of your cursor)

Zodiac Spear (previously suggested but fits theme)

Very Fast Speed
6% Critical Strike chance
Insane Knockback
- Fires a energy spear that hit a target zapping other nearby foes for 50% damage
Tooltip: "The Spear's voices call out from the stars"

Phantom Tooth

Accessory:
+5% Magic Damage for every 20 missing mana
-In addition being damaged causes a Baby Phantasm Dragon to protect you for a couple seconds.

I really like this idea, but maybe have a couple more drops. Just one drop is kind of underwhelming, when every other hardmode boss has a couple of unique drops to sweeten the prospect of fighting it more than once.
