Items Make Sonar Potion not require Item Pickup text to be on.

So, I've been doing a lot of fishing quests in my current playthrough. I crafted some sonar potions to see what was biting but I noticed nothing was happening when I used the potion. I thought it was because the item pickup text setting is turned off in my settings. I turned it back on, and bam, the Sonar Potion was working. I think it'd be a good idea to not have that setting be on in order for the potion to work. Just seems like something that would help those who don't like having the setting turned on.

I'm guessing it was probably done the way it was because of being easier to do, but yeah turning off a setting making a potion just not work anymore is stupid.
