For the balloons, I feel like it'd be a better idea to change their color by dying them. It'd probably give a bigger variety and make it so that you don't have to just sit around clicking to get the right color. Also, this looks good. Support!

Oooh, I don't know... dye isn't exactly cheap. Besides, this is the way it's already done for Coral and Crystal Shards. There won't be too many colors to frustrate builders with, I promise.

Builders could probably paint them, anyways.

Only problem I see is that water balloons inflict damage. I would rather have them function similarly to a water gun, but with an area of effect like you said.

Works like a fishing pole, but doesn't actually hook anything, because a dollar bill is attached at the end instead of actual bait. Enemies target the bill instead of you. NPCs follow the bill.
